Depending on what kind of exercise it is, the user should be able to click on it an see historical information and graphs of:

Weight & reps

Heaviest Weight (graph, stat)
One Rep Max (graph)

Best Set Volume (graph, stat)
Session Volume (graph)
Best Session Volume (stat)
Total Reps (graph)

Bodyweight

Most Reps (Set) (graph)
Session Reps (graph)

Best Set (stat)
